How Magic Works

Choose a photo (up to 100MB) from your gallery and an MP4 video (up to 1GB) that captures the essence of your memory. For the best canvas print quality, ensure your photo is at least 50 dpi — a photo from your phone will do just fine! Not sure if your photo makes the cut? Reach out to us, we're here to help!

Place an order for your personalized photo canvas. After you order, you will receive an email with a preview image of your canvas. You have 48 hours to reach out to us with any changes. If we don't hear from you within this time frame, we'll proceed with printing and shipping your canvas. You can expect to receive your photo canvas at your provided address within 10 days of approval.

Once you receive your canvas, open a camera on your phone and scan our QR code on the canvas. QR code will take you to the website, where you scan the photo canvas. Make sure the canvas is fully visible to your camera to successfully activate the AR feature.

After scanning, your provided video will appear in AR, allowing you to relive the memory associated with the canvas whenever you wish.
